Ingredients
For dough:
1. U can use any of dough or samosa sheet or puff pastry all taste very good.
Filling:
1. 3/4 cup paneer crumbled
2. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
3. 1 tsp chopped mint
4. 1 jalapeno seeds removed & finely chopped
5. 1 egg beaten
6. 1 small onion very finely chopped
7. salt to adjust your taste.
8. a little black pepper.
9. Oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions
1. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. Roll out the dough into small circles or use Samosa sheets what ever you desire.
3. Fill in each sheet or rolled dough with cheese. seal the sides with water.
4. Heat oil & fry the samosas till nice & golden.
5. Serve hot with soups accompanied with your choice of chutney and feel the sensation of hot melted cheese.
